Drawing on Alsatian tradition, Maison Kieny’s Stammtisch reinvents the art of shared dining in a warm and intimate private dining room, decorated with family mementos and authentic details that capture the spirit of the house.
Reserved for 6 to 8 guests, this table celebrates conviviality and freedom: a vegetable appetizer kicks off the meal, followed by a generous dish to share, chosen for the entire table and brought out by the chef himself, in a spirit of sharing and connection. Dessert, also shared, is served by the pastry chef to prolong this moment of togetherness.
Here, there’s no rigid service: you serve yourself, take your time, laugh, and celebrate. The Stammtisch is the ideal experience for a meal with friends or family, where the quality of the cuisine meets the warmth of simply spending time together.
