a heritage of Alsatian tradition

Inherited from Alsatian tradition, Maison Kieny’s Stàmmtisch reinvents the art of sharing a meal in a warm and intimate private salon, decorated with family mementos and authentic details that extend the soul of the house.

Reserved for 6 or 8 guests, this table celebrates conviviality and freedom: a plant-based starter opens the meal, followed by a generous dish to share, chosen for the whole table and brought by the chef himself, in a spirit of transmission and bonding. The dessert, also shared, is served by the pastry chef, to prolong this moment of complicity.

There’s no fixed service here: you serve yourself, take your time, laugh and celebrate. Stàmmtisch is the ideal experience for a meal with friends or family, where the quality of the cuisine meets the warmth of a moment lived together, quite simply.
